I’d Like to see if there is a step by step procedure on clearing my credit report from when i filed bankruptcy a couple of years ago and how to go about getting a home loan.

Where should you go to complain or report a horrible service by a home loan lending company?

Along with the constant pressure to sign papers as fast as we can, It also includes hiding valuable information such as:notifying the day of the signing that the extra 10k for the new housing was depleted.
constantly having small mistakes in the contract, etc.?
Basically, we wanna know who to contact about this horrible service that we got with them?… I dont know if it will help to complain to them now, since we dont wanna get screwed some more? and we already signed the paperwork.
How much debt can be on a single credit report in order to buy a home?

The bank told me under $5,000, is this correct, or did I hear him wrong? And if you are buying a home does your spouse have to be on the loan? I know the deed needs both names. Any advise on home loans and debt would be great.
can you get graduate student loans with home foreclosure on your credit report?

I know that you can get federal student subsidized and nonsubsidized loan, but these non-credit based loans only goes up to $20,000. The school I want to go to cost $60K. Are there any other types of loans out there available to grad students with bad credit? My FICO score now is 445.
