We want to move to a different state, but are having trouble finding a qualification for a loan because we have no established income there. Is our only option to go and rent until we have jobs, or am I missing some resources…We would have a down payment on a house, but no verifiable income for a month or two. Our credit isn’t terrible, but it isn’t perfect, either…Kind of feel stuck here. Looked into Low Doc loans, but credit needs to be close to perfect. Please let me know if you know something I’ve missed. How do other people do it?

I am looking for a return on rent. I pay over $1000 for a place to live anyways, but do have a few problems with my credit. Where is a good place to try for a loan, I don’t want my credit looked at sooo many times. I know of other people with bad credit say they get a loan. Any ideas? Nobody here really owner finance b/c plenty of people looking to buy.

im looking at a house for $140,000. i bring home about $600 a week with a .50 cent raise every two months. she grosses $2600 a month and gets paid once a month. she has no credit. and what little bit i have was ruined about 6 years ago when i had a cell phone and co-signed for someone else and ended up with a bill of $700, so they cut mine off also and charged me $200 termination fee. that is pretty much the only thing on my credit that is hurting me.i think my credit score is around only 630 may be better. ive had a few personal loan no more than a $1000 which ive paid for and on time. so would a bank or finance company be better to try and get the loan for. possibly 100% financed. i have some i can put down. i know banks usually have lower intrest rate, but which would more than likely get me the loan, thanks for all the help

I am using VA Approved Loan, 100% financing, in San Diego Ca. I want to purchase a place that is a good deal but has had the drywall removed and needs the repairs done, which I will be doing myself. Is this a possibility and if so how?
