Is there any home loans for first time buyers with less than one year of steady work?

18 Jul

My boyfriend and I have found our dream home. But we have a few problems. He has only been at his current job for about 7 months. He makes about $1600 a month before deductions. I just started working a few weeks ago and I am going to be making about $2,000 a month before deductions. We both don’t have very good credit. And we do not have a down payment. We were told we could get a loan with zero down. But all the loans I have seen require you to have good credit and at least 2 years of steady employment. Maybe I am looking in the wrong places. Can someone give me some advice or point me in the right direction? Thank you.

When you are owner fianancing a home and the origianl loan of the home is still under the original buyers name

06 Jul

But the title of the house is under my name. My question is when selling that home do we ( the title owners) get to keep all the profit after the remainder of the loan is paid off? Does just owning the title of the house make is 100% ours.

best place to get first time home buyers loan bank or finance company?

30 May

im looking at a house for $140,000. i bring home about $600 a week with a .50 cent raise every two months. she grosses $2600 a month and gets paid once a month. she has no credit. and what little bit i have was ruined about 6 years ago when i had a cell phone and co-signed for someone else and ended up with a bill of $700, so they cut mine off also and charged me $200 termination fee. that is pretty much the only thing on my credit that is hurting me.i think my credit score is around only 630 may be better. ive had a few personal loan no more than a $1000 which ive paid for and on time. so would a bank or finance company be better to try and get the loan for. possibly 100% financed. i have some i can put down. i know banks usually have lower intrest rate, but which would more than likely get me the loan, thanks for all the help

Why aren’t most Americans upset with Congress for pressuring banks to give home loans to unqualified buyers?

25 May

Democrats in Congress claimed to be ensuring “affordable housing” by pressuring banks to give loans to people that could not repay the loans.

Then the defaults and foreclosures mounted, and then the financial collapse of those banks, then the collapse of the U.S. economy, then the collapse of the world economy.

Why aren’t we more upset with the congressmen and women, like Barney Frank, who began this financial tumble with their “affordable housing”?

Why aren’t we refusing to elect these congress people?

Home owners question! About first time buyers loans?

08 May

If our house is in my husbands name only and he qualified for the FHA first time home buyers loan then if we moved could we put the house in just my name and I get the first time home buyers loan as well? They just usually pay your downpayment. I just wasn’t sure since we are married, if that would matter at all?
With the loan we got they paid all of the down payment and in return we had to at least live in the house 5 years.

How do I go about getting a first time home buyers loan?

23 Apr

My husband and I found a house and they’re selling it to us (without a realtor) for under what it’s worth. I have no idea how to go about getting a first time home buyers loan. We actually applied online for one of those preapproved things and because of my husband’s credit score, it said it couldn’t give us a loan. How do we get a loan with his bad score? (Mine by the way is real good). I’d like to buy the house as soon as we can. Someone please help me! Thanks!
