It’s Feb 5 2008 does anyone know if the Interest rates on HOME loans will be going down any more?

I’m looking to refinance my home to a lower interest rate and I’m wondering if it’s going to go down any lower than 5.25%. I’m thinking it’s maybe a great time to lock in my rate. What do you think?
